The Coach, Player, Parent Triangle
In order to create an environment where kids love and excel in their chosen sport all three areas (coaches, players and parents) must work together. In this seminar we teach you how to achieve this by using practical examples and processes that have all three areas ‘on the same page’. This is a vital way to set up your season to avoid many of the same issues that plaque clubs and teams year after year.

We are excited to have Nathan Burke lead this important session leveraging his extensive experience gained from an illustrious AFL career playing 323 games with the St Kilda Football Club. Nathan now runs Nathan Burke Consulting and is an in-demand keynote speaker, recently presenting at the Basketball Australia Annual Coaches Conference. Nathan is also head coach of the Western Bulldogs in the AFLW. This is a session not to be missed. Team Managers are most welcome to attend. Please no children under 18 unless they Coach for the Club.
