Team return info for Winter 2022

Player request

If you would like your child to be considered for a different team or grade for the upcoming season please provide the club with the information requested below.  Players seeking a change of team may be invited to attend a Come and Try session if considered necessary by the Registrar.  Feedback will also be sought from the player’s current coach in determining the appropriate team to place the player in. 

Requests for team changes are due by Sunday 19th February for the Winter season. To enable time to prepare for the Winter season, requests submitted after this date will not be considered.  Whilst we cannot guarantee any change, the club will be working closely with Age Group Coordinators, Specialist Coaches and others to consider players requesting a change of grade.

Once submitted this form will be shared with the relevant Registrar and Age Group Coordinator.
