Aberfeldie Jets – NO ZONE DEFENCE EXPECTATION

Aberfeldie Jets prioritise player development and strive to provide an environment that supports all players to be the best they can be.  The Jets expect all coaches of U8 – U14 teams to observe man to man defence principles, instead of playing a zone defence, to assist and support players to develop their skills and understanding of the game.  Most clubs in the associations we play in also support the No – Zone expectation however it is not formally enforced by referees.
