REGISTRATION

• Registration is due many weeks before the new season starts
• Registration information is emailed to all primary account holders of our players, this is whoever has registered your child on PlayHQ (sometimes this is the child themselves)
• Registration is paid online via PlayHQ, we do not hold registration days or take payments over the phone
• Fees must be paid within the advertised registration window. We do not chase families for fees, the onus is on families to pay fees on time or have their child miss out on playing
• Our fees are comparable to other basketball clubs in the Association and less expensive than other sports in the area such as football, cricket and soccer

Prompt payment is appreciated and keeps the Club running smoothly. Just like running a household, the Club has expenditures and without income in the form of fees, our bills for venue hire, insurance and the like cannot be paid. The Club has a strict "no pay - no play" policy to ensure every player pays on time and Club Registrars and Admin do not expend energy chasing unfinancial members.
